Audrey Tautou

Audrey Tautou born Beaumont, the French city of Puy-deDomme on August 9, 1976. Audrey is the largest child of 4 children. From a very young age, both her dental doctor parents as well as her teacher mom supported her love of theater and drama. It was this love that trumps her first desire to be primatologist. It was a quick rise in her career to become an internationally renowned young actor. After completing her studies and acting, she appeared on the French television show that scouts talent Jeunes Premiers which was sponsored by Canal+. She won the award for the best young Actress prize at the Beziers Festival of Young Actors and began her career as an actress. Tautou attended the Institut Catholique de Paris, attended church as a young girl and was brought up Catholic. However she has now distanced herself with this background. She has pursued a modeling career in addition to her acting work and is the model for L'Oreal Mont Blanc and Chanel is often called the Chanel Muse. Additionally, she is a keen interest in photography and recently exhibited her work at the Arles Festival, titled Superficial. Through her photography, she is mainly focused on celebrities and fame. Cameras are focused on journalists who examined her rise to the heights of fame in Amelie. Audrey Tautou shot to stardom and international fame with her debut role as a lead character in Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain. Amelie was a global success at the box office and also won numerous awards across the world. Amelie was the highest-rated French-language film in the US. Later, in the same year, she was a part of British dramas including Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things as well as Jean-Pierre Junet's Un long dimanche de fiancailles. In the following year, she moved to Hollywood to work in Hollywood, where Ron Howard directed the Dan Brown bestseller The Da Vinci Code.
